Shipping is calculated per product based on size, weight and your delivery address.
Some items are clearly marked as "Free Shipping" and will not incur any delivery charge.
All orders are dispatched from Australian warehouses and delivered by reputable local couriers such as Australia Post and other national carriers.
At checkout, the best available rate for your order will be shown before you pay so you always see the final delivered price upfront.

Shipping prices vary between products and postcodes due to different suppliers, dimensions and carrier fees.

Eligible items with free shipping will be labelled on the product page; if your cart contains a mix of regular and free‑shipping items, you'll only pay delivery on the non‑free items.

Very remote or hard‑to‑reach postcodes may not be serviceable for some bulky items; in these cases the order will be cancelled and refunded if the address is undeliverable.
All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout using live rules from our suppliers and courier partners.
Dispatch & Delivery Times

Most items are dispatched within 1–2 business days after full payment is received.

Typical delivery timeframes once dispatched are:

VIC / NSW / SA / ACT metro and many regional areas: approx. 2–6 business days

QLD / WA / TAS / NT and remote areas: approx. 2–9 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, peak periods and regional location.
Tracking Your Order

Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers' Australian warehouses using their nominated couriers.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available so you can follow your delivery online.

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday during normal business hours; some carriers may require a signature or Authority to Leave depending on the item and address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re‑delivery fees may apply in line with the courier's policies.
Issues With Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order; once submitted, the address generally cannot be changed.

If an incorrect or undeliverable postcode is used, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact customer support promptly with photos and your order number.
